I love YouTube language courses like LanguagePod101. They're engaging and you can listen on the go, so a language doesn't have to take up any free time of your day to day life. One thing I'll add is the importance of some native-level media watching w /subtitles to initially build a cultural connection and later to understand fast spoken natural speech. Great resource list!
