I predict employment will actually regress rather than move towards "everyone will be freelancers" People tend to be biased that their personal perspective is what the workplace will become. There are simple people out there that want stability and a consistent paycheck. And there are still traditional jobs like construction that will not be radically transformed by technology in the next 20 years.
