I think Scandinavia is more open minded than many places in respect to this. I'm nearly certain a company I was interviewing at a couple years ago in the US found my psychedelic articles. I didn't get offered the job, but looking back, they weren't the right personality fit anyway. My own boss at another job very enthusiastically listened to my very emotionally vulnerable podcast. I think these things in a way help (not hinder) find the right workplace fit.
