I used to be the lead designer for a custom tiny home builder. Since we're dealing with codes and regulations a lot, the buying process is way too complicated for anyone who hasn't done their research already. So the top 3% of the pyramid is the only thing that applies. For simpler products, other levels of the pyramid would certainly apply. Great article!
