Notes From My Most Recent Psychedelic Trip
I would never recommend that anyone actively seek out psychedelics. If you are meant to take them, they just come to you. A friend or a chance encounter will gift you this wisdom exactly when you need it. It is easy to take this new information and not do the work to implement it into your life. I like to write down what I experience during my trip, so I have notes to go back to if I am at a crossroads in life. Others who do not have the mental affinity for psychedelics may also benefit.
If You Decided to Do Something, You Have Already Done it
The past, present, and future are entangled. The act of deciding to do something with no other option means you have already done it. You simply have to unlock it. For example, if I decide to move to Finland, it’s already happened, because I present myself with no other options. But if I’m still weighing job offers elsewhere, I have not done anything yet. This concept is difficult to grasp while sober, because your rational mind sees time as a sequence of events. For example, it might take months for me to secure visas, but since time is all the same, you only need to decide to do something with full conviction.
