Thank you! I was thinking of non language learners being discouraging. I've had a few, mainly for allocating "too much time" to language learning rather than "enjoying life." I've seen criticism from some traditional instructors in online forums, but haven't met resistance from them yet. It can be chaotic and disorganized being self-taught, so my next frontier is organizing all this information to be easily digestible :)
